Tiana began her remedial massage journey in 2022 while studying beauty therapy, where she developed a fascination with the body’s complexity and a passion for helping people move and feel better. This led her to complete her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy.

She has worked with a wide range of clients, from those managing long-term pain and tension to elite athletes, including major rugby league teams such as the Titans—building valuable skills in sports massage, injury recovery, and acute injury management.

In the clinic, Tiana tailors each treatment to the individual, combining her anatomical knowledge with an intuitive touch. Living with scoliosis herself, she brings a deep understanding and empathy to clients managing chronic pain.

Outside of work, Tiana stays active through strength training, surfing, running with her energetic dog, and practising mindfulness meditation.
