At Holism, we believe movement is the key to maintaining and progressing the results achieved during your massage. While hands-on treatment can relieve pain and tension, it’s how your body moves and functions day-to-day that determines long-term outcomes.

That’s why we integrate targeted exercise and recovery advice into your sessions where needed — helping you not only feel better, but stay better.

For a more in-depth and personalised approach, we offer 1:1 Movement Sessions, designed to assess your range of motion, muscle balance, and movement patterns. These sessions focus on corrective exercises, mobility, and self-release techniques to improve function, balance, and overall performance.

You can also experience a more comprehensive approach through our Massage & Movement Session (90min), combining remedial massage with a dedicated movement session to both relieve pain and actively retrain your body for longer-lasting results.

Our personalised movement programs are included in all movement sessions, or can be purchased separately at your massage appointment. Each program is tailored to your individual needs, with clear instructions and visuals, and is easily accessible on your phone via an app or available in a printable format for your convenience.

These programs are designed to support long-term relief, improve movement quality, and help prevent future injuries.
